The Verkhovna Rada was recommended to adopt in entirety the draft law on ratification of the Memorandum on Mutual Understanding between Ukraine as the Borrower and the European Union as the Creditor and the Credit Agreement between Ukraine as the Borrower and the National Bank of Ukraine as the Creditor on Providing Macro-Financial Assistance to Ukraine amounting to EUR 610 million on the part of the European Union (Reg. No. 0050).
In particular, Parties to the Agreement agreed that the first two Tranches will be disbursed according to the Decision 2002/639/EU and the latter two Tranches – according to the Decision 388/2010/EU.
Under the Agreement, Credit payment period should not exceed 15 years.
Apart form this, Committee members decided to hold parliamentary hearings entitled “Normative regulation of foreign labor migration in the context of European integration” on November 20.
